bisikan syaitan...

Apabila terasa malas pd waktu ketika anda sepatutnya mengerjakan sesuatu, sedarlah anda sedang melayan bisikan syaitan.

Apabila anda melayan bisikan syaitan, pelbagai khayalan akn bermain di minda - buat teh dulu, tangguh sekejap, layar internet dulu, tunggu rancangan tv habis dulu, rasa nak tidur, telefon berbunyi, sms datang, org rumah panggil dan sebagainya...

Kita harus saling-mengingatkan org sekeliling kita yg kelihatan malas, berkata malas utk mengerjakan sesuatu, terlalu santai sehingga lalai bahawa mereka sedang melayan bisikan syaitan yg dahsyat.

sakit gigi

dulu, aku ada satu gigi susu tu mse kck xcabut pon, xtau la knpe.pastu, ble da besar ni permanent tooth tumbuh kt blakg dia..n now jadi tajam, smpi it rubs my tongue causes sore tongue, n ssh jgk la nk mkn, ckp..

td, dgn berbekalkan semnagat berani aku g dental school sowg2, xmau kacau roomate study,..mse waiting smpt tgk gelagat anak2 kck dgn parents:

-ade sowg bdk pompuan dok atas riba ayah dia, mke tahan skt..(reminds me of abah sbb abah salu teman g jmpe doctor )
-ade sowg bdk laki kck je dia tercampak ball kt sowg pak cik then pak cik tu bg blk, tp ayh dia x bg tros..ayh dia mintak anak dia say thank you ..

then dlm mind mcm da set kalau dentist dpt polish bg tumpul ckt gigi tu ok la sementara tggu blk msia wt d real operation.then, as expected after x-ray gigi n examination on that tooth, doc pn ckp

there are 3 options:
1.remove the permanent tooth--> will leave hole that recovers months after that
2.remove the baby tooh and tarik the permanent tooh ke depan n pakai brace
3.do nothing.

mata da hampir berkecai2 dpn dentist tu..sbb pikir xkan la nk  operate now with the exams coming soon, it will takes months for recovery, n cost pon mahal la compared dgn msia kn..

then, i went home..menangis2 kt mama n abah..sakit kot weh..huhu..tp xpe, walau pape terjadi Allah sentiasa bersama kita!! kuatkan semangat!! 55 days je pon b4 blk msia..tahan ye syg...

dan betapa la Allah nk uji, sbb selama ni asyk je dok mkn2 benda manis..n betapa kte ni bergantung harap pada Allah setakat mana..selma kte dok mkn bez2 ade ke kte pikir psl saudara2 kte kt Afrika yg kebuluran tu, selama ni kte dok sdp2 ckp mcm2, now nk ckp ckt pon skt, so Allah nk kte muhaasabah la tu..lagipun xakan rse nikmat kesihatan tu kalau x sakit..jd, bersyukurlah wahai diri!

roomate pon bg linkhttp://putramartapura.blogspot.com/2011/01/berbahagialah-dengan-musibah-sakit.html kat wall..jazakillah khairan kathira ain! =')

Imam asy Syahid Hassan Al Banna

siapakah Hassan al-Banna? apakah jasa terbesar beliau di saat sekularisme giat menular di pemikiran masyarakat? adakah hanya setakat membukukan ayat-ayat Al-Quran dan doa-doa yg diamalkan Rasulullah SAW iaitu Mathurat? kenapa nama beliau amat gah sekali sehingga kini fikrahnya masih diperjuangkan di seluruh pelosok dunia termasuklah bumi Palestin?? apakah Ikhwanul Muslimin? Siapakah yg mencetuskan Revolusi Mesir?

spent 15-20 minutes of your day reading http://www.islamtimes.org/vdcd.j0s2yt0jfme6y.html to appreciate all his sacrifices for Islam.

Biography

Hassan Al-Banna was born in 1906 in Mahmoudia, near Alexandria, Egypt. He graduated from Dar Al-Uloum school in Cairo and worked in the field of education in several towns, calling people to follow the Qur'an and the Sunnah. He was able to guide to the Path of Allah thousands of people of all classes of his society.

Imam Al-Banna stayed in Ismailiah, Egypt for some time where he established the first center for Al-Ikhwan with a group of his brothers. He started making Da'wah in public through lectures and publications and visits to villages and towns. His activity was not only confined to men, he also established in Ismailiah "The Muslims' Mothers Institute" for educating girls according to Islamic teachings.

After some time he was transferred to Cairo to which he transferred his headquarters. Cairo became the center of Da'wah and in a short time the number of Ikhwan reached about a half million. This enormous progress started to concern the British and their followers, the Egyptian politicians. They tried to dissuade Imam Al-Banna from politics but he insisted on his position. He established a daily newspaper in Cairo by the name "Al-Ikhwan Al-Muslimoon" which enabled him to address a much larger sector of the public than with lectures.

When the tragedy of Palestine took place, the Ikhwan troops were among the most active forces and were able to reach to the gates of Tel Aviv and almost conquered it if it had not been for the treason by the Arab rulers at that time. Furthermore, King Farouq of Egypt imprisoned a large number of Ikhwan. Finally, a plot was made by the British and implemented by their servants to assassinate Imam Al-Banna. He was shot in front of the "Muslim Youth Association" building in March 1949. After he was carried to the hospital, he was left on the floor bleeding with no one trying to save him. Two hours after he was shot, he passed away, at only 43 years of age.

Who Is Hassan Al-Banna

Anyone who knows the martyred Imam closely realizes how he surprised Egypt and the whole world with his Da'wah and his strife. Al-Banna, may Allah have mercy on him, possessed a multitude of characteristics that may seem contradicting with one another from the point of view of psychologists or historians. He was brilliant, sympathetic, ambitious for the future of his Da'wah yet easily satisfied by very little in his private life. He was eloquent, steadfast and humble. All these characters helped to form an example of religious and social leadership that the whole world had not seen for centuries.

At the age of 9, Hassan Al-Banna memorized two thirds of the Qur'an. Shortly after that, he finished memorizing the whole Qur'an. He was an excellent speaker. He had the ability to improvise speeches for almost any occasion for whatever audience he happened to be addressing. He was superb in his ability to get his ideas across to his audience, supported by verses from the holy Qur'an and by Hadiths, both of which he mastered very well. The unique quality the martyred Imam enjoyed was his ability to gather people's hearts around him and bind them together with the link of brotherhood in Islam.

An unforgettable quality of Imam Al-Banna was his persistence and diligent work for propagating his message. He always traveled, gave lectures and Khutbahs, had discussion with people, worked day and night and never knew what it was like to relax or go on vacation.

Establishment Of Jamaa'at Al Ikhwan

We let the Imam narrate the story: "Since my childhood I have devoted my life to a single purpose; that is to guide people to the truth of Islam, concept and practice. However, this objective remained for some time as thoughts that come to my mind from time to time; I sometimes spoke about them to those around me in the form of a speech or a lesson at a masjid whenever possible. I tried to encourage some of my Ulama' friends to redouble their effort in preaching to people in order to guide them to the reality of Islam. I also spoke with people of high social standing, urging them to work for the cause of Islam; their response was anywhere from frustration to encouragement to indecisiveness. But when I realized I could not get what I wanted in terms of seriousness to work and organize efforts, I turned toward my brothers and friends with whom I had the link of sincere love and common appreciation of responsibility.

"In Dhul-Qi'dah, 1347 H (March, 1928), six brothers visited me: Hafez Abdel-Hamid, Ahmad Al-Hossary, Fuad Ibrahim, Abder-Rahman Hasab-Allah, Ismael Ezz and Zaki Al-Maghraby. We gave our pledge and swore that we would live as brothers working for Islam and strive in its cause.

"One of us said: `What should we call ourselves? Should we form an association, a club or an organization?' I said: `No! Let's not worry about formalities, let's concentrate on practical issues. We are brothers who work for Islam, so we are Al-Ikhwan Al-Muslimoon (The Muslim Brothers).

"That was the birth of the first group of Al-Ikhwan, consisting of these six people who gathered around the principle. Under this name we started working with a clear and comprehensive understanding of Islam. As a result the Da'wah of Al-Ikhwan comprised all aspects of reformation of the Muslim Ummah."

Menurut Yusuf Qardhawi:

Imam Al-Banna, may Allah have mercy on him, established his Da'wah on several pillars which he considered to be of utmost importance, among those pillars are:

1. Singleness of purpose,

2. Gathering people around the basic principles of Islam and not worrying about minor differences,

3. Following the proper Islamic manners in case of disagreement,

4. Thinking positively of those who disagree with one's idea,

5. Avoiding despotism; form of government in which a single entity rules with absolute power

6. The possibility of more than one right opinion for a single issue,

7. Cooperation in what is agreed upon and forgiveness in what is disagreed upon,

8. Calling all Muslims to face the common enemy,

9. Encouraging work and productivity, and

10. Feeling of pity, not malice, for those who have gone astray.

Among His Sayings....

•O sincere brothers! Our pledge has ten pillars, remember them: understanding, sincerity, work, strife, sacrifice, obedience, steadfastness, singleness of purpose, brotherhood and confidence.

•Revive your conscience by believing in Allah and remaining mindful of Him; protect your communities by enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong; these are the two pillars of reformation.

•Islam performs two tasks: First, it molds the individuals into a new shape based on Aqidah and noble human qualities; it then uses these individuals as building units to establish the righteous Allah-mindful communities.

•Islam is an Aqidah (creed) as well as a nationality. Unlike nationalities which are based on land, the nationality of Islam is based on brotherhood in faith and, therefore, is far stronger and more meaningful than the former.

lets muhasabah!!!!! =))

To know our strength is first to know your weakness!

dan falsafah ni sebenarnye tidaklah asing lg dlm Islam sndri sbb sme je konsepnye dgn muhasabah..
To take account  of oneself, that is, to undergo honest selfcriticism, is part of the Muslim practice al-muhasabah, or self-inventory.

According to the Companion Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, to engage in al-muhasabah is to "assess and adjudge yourselves before you are assessed and adjudged on the Day of Judgment, and to weigh out your deeds, before they are weighed out for you." Umar, a man of his word, reportedly used to whip his right foot at night and say to it "What have you done today?"
The notable first Islamic century sage, Al-Hasan Al-Basri, offers a more detailed explanation of al-muhasabah.  "A believer polices himself [or one might say, his own soul]. He assesses and adjudges [himself] for the sake of Allah.

Honest self-criticism is an important way to purify our souls and to light the path of blissful success. Allah states in His Book: "Truly he has succeeded who purifies it.And truly, he has failed who defiles it" [91:9-10].

misconception about muhasabah

eh mne ade aku wt bnde2 lagha tuu..isk2..aku baik tau..
muhasabah? xcool la...muda lg kot..chill r..
aku xd mse la nk pikir2 psl  benda ni sume..busy ok..isk.
ala..yg lpas tu lpas la..wt pe nk pikir2 benda yg da lalu..move on dude!

ever come across this little misconceptions psl muhasabah? hmm..simple je muhasabah ni kan, psl take a moment reflect dri, reflect dosa2 kte dlu, dosa kat mak ayah kte, pikir sejenak ape yg aku da wt sepanjang hari ni etc..tapi kdg2 benda2 simple ni la kte mcm terlupa nk pikir..we take for granted. kdg2 kte gurau2 dgn mbr2 pastu biar je cmtu without having in mind nk apologise ke ape at least ckp "ala..aku gurau je..sorry r.".

reason why we tend not to muhasabah

  • ego yg tggi yg sampai one moment tu hang rse hang da perfect, xwt dosa ape da..hang rse selama ni hang anak yg soleh, solehah..alhamdulillah la kalau hang yakin tp at least xkan la sepanjang hidup hang, hang xpernah wt silap kat parents hang? buat muka ckt, lambat nyahut ble mk pggl, wt2 xdengar, mls nk wt kerja rumah, complaint etc?

  • rse muhasabah is a not cool thing to do..why? bcoz we don't understand about it. bcoz we could not differentiate between what is right/wrong.bcoz we don't want people think we are those people yg x cool..bcoz we care what people thinks more than what Allah thinks..

    ways to overcome this

    • So carefully questioning our actions-past and present- makes life easier because it makes the path to God, the path to peace, much smoother. It is redundant to say all human beings err, but not admitting our specific mistakes, now that is playing with fire.
    • An honest approach to our behavior is to willingly acknowledge the shortcomings in our actions and, at least to ourselves, the flaws in our character.
    • Take note of our own deeds, with most of our focus on the actions we need to improve or eliminate, seeking forgiveness for all our substandard performance.
    • The next step entails planning to counteract these unfavorable tendencies until they are altogether eliminated.  Take heed! Without self-honesty, there is no muhasabah.

The Qur'an tells us clearly and often that our books of deeds are like meticulously preserved records, precise chronicles of all that we ever said and did, righteous or not. With the exception of a rare few, everyone will stand witness in the Divine Judgment of their own earthly deeds.source

    Famous French proverb puts it:
"A fault denied is twice committed."

    seriously what do you understand?

today, like always ciara n me chat about everyday life-house hunting for next term etc ..then I was reminding her about her assignment where she wanted to interview me about my religion, and then she was ya, we can do it now (while she was preparing dinner for her boyfriend)

so, I was reading the questions..all are answerable but I get stuck for the first question: what one aspect of your religion that you love/appreciate most?

in my mind, (thinking which one I should stress on?hmm) then, I answered the concept of one God, where we submit ourselves totally to Allah..and I wanna elaborate more but I couldn't..so I end up repeating the same point.( mcm interview medschool yg ble kau xd idea, so kau goreng je point previously cuma tuka ayat?

then, I was eating my tuna sandwhich in my room, thinking about that situation where I was weak in telling her the beauty of Islam.its like macam yes you believe in Allah but why can't you tell others about your own understanding of practicing Islam in a convince way?maybe understanding and telling are two different things? but still if we don't understand, we surely cannot tell others well?? or maybe its juz the one thing where I should improve on: my knowledge, my vocab-about Islam and all...

yes, it sounds simple but how far have we improved from yesterday, perhaps last usrah we attended, or maybe since the day we are born to become a muslim? hmm..(something to ponder for myself too)

the rest of the questions are like these, perhaps a gud idea to think of juz for your own reflections on your life as a muslim :

2.what is the one aspect that you disagree with your religion?why/why not?
3.do you have your own choice to choose your religion?if don't are you pleased with your religion now?
4.do you have any difficulty practising your religion in ireland?

in a nutshell, take one moment to think and really think .its the one of the thing we should do more often!

    pesan abah..=))

nopah: abah, ade tips2 nk menghafal dgn baik x??hehe..

abah: draw, scribble anything that u have read on a piece of paper bcoz it will go to your unconscious mind, so ble unconscious mind bergabung tenaga dgn subconcious mind---> output akan mantap insyaAllah! hehe..pastu, abah pesan lg bila penat2 study, tuka posture..jgn dok lme sgt kt kerusi...take a rest sat tp jgn lme sgt..hehe..

nopah : abah, ape doa yg bez utk bce?

    abah: rajin2 bce

The phrase may be translated word-by-word as:
lâ = no, not, none, neither
hawla = change, alteration, transformation, movement, motion
    wa = and
lâ = no, not, none, neither
quwwata = strength, power, potency, force, might, vigor
illâ = but, except, if not
bi = with, to, for, in, through, by means of
Allâh = Arabic name for the Supreme Being
Progress is only achieved through change and transformation... and spiritual progress requires the highest degree of change and transformation. We may wish to change, but we alone do not have the power to make such changes.

Such change and transformation can only occur through the tahwîl (transformation) of Allâh. That is to say, true change and transformation can arise only through the awesome and glorious powers of Allâh.
Here are some literal translations of the phrase lâ hawla wa lâ quwwata illâ billâh that incorporate the idea of change and transformation:

There is neither change nor power except by means of Allâh.
There is no transformation or strength except through Allâh.
There is neither progress nor might except through Allâh.
Berzikirlah untuk mengingati Allah,  ucaplah kalimah La Haula Wala Quwwata Illa Billah agar Allah melindungi kita daripada gangguan syaitan yang menyebabkan kita lupa.
    Mujadilah [19] Syaitan telah menguasai dan mempengaruhi mereka, sehingga menyebabkan mereka lupa mengingati (ajaran dan amaran) Allah;

Sesungguhnya Allah jualah Yang Maha Mendengar, lagi Maha Mengetahui.
    =)
sebab kdg2 kte mcm terlupa yg usaha kte pn sume ni atas pertolongan Allah..atas belas kasihan Allah..sgt terkesan la td ble bce embryology notes psl how intestine are formed.how a simple mistake on what angle yg sepatutnye it shud rotated pn bole menyebabkan problem, defects and even disease.

so, nk cte kt sini, marilah sme2 kte memanjat setinggi2 kesyukuran kepada Allah sepanjang masa.amin..=)

nopah: abah nk nopah beli apa untuk abah nanti ?hehe..

abah: abah xnk ape2..juz come back home..=')
