mula2 tu rse sgt loner jgk sbb most the participants knl mbr2 lain from dublin n galway..so, I was quite quiet at first..tp, ok je sebenarnye..its gud to know that people actually know who u are, mcm oh ky ke? knl mariam, kayna sume? knl besi?(jmpe kakak besi oh) awak ke latifah? oh from N9 group?? haha..n sebenarnya dlm dunia ni we are not alone! yeah, ukhuwah islamiyah tu ade je kt mne2 pelosok dunia ni, even kau keseorangan literally, xd gang sume..and I think sume owg kne cooperate well to make the bond stronger!

this event organized by PPMC,PPMI n kolabrasi from galway n dublin was a great success! no doubt. learned about the 7 highly effective people through fun LDK conducted by kak Atiq, which are:

• Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood

to summarize, dlm hidup ni kne jd proactive..always visualise your end goal..prioritize things in life! think of a soluiton that will benefit both sides, not a win/lose. to lead others and to be lead..etc..so, persoalannye wats your end-goal in life? to get first honours? to get married and have a happly family? to bef filthy rich?? those visions are fine , but not fine enough because wat matter most is your life here after.so, lets make the most of dis dunia to get the blessing from Allah..because indeed dunia ialah jambatan ke akhirat...and last but not least, be extraordinary person, someone with the X factor!

Bunratty castle is indeed an awesome place to visit...the old architecture of the historical buildings of the Vikings sume tu menarik! and to see it live was more amazing! and wats more u get to actually feel the aura and smell of zaman dlu2..hehe...n it was indeed scary for me to climb up the steep and narrow stairs to the roof ..but it was worthwile the effort to see the fascinating view from above..subhanaallah..

wats else that make a trip awesome? friends and seniors!!!!!!!! hehe..had so much fun exploring the place, taking a costume picture where we got dressed in a very classic English costume, appreciating the nature and weather was cold and rainy..but, it was grant! hehe...tilll we meet again..=))

lg2, ble dga chinese n singaporeans score gle2 mock exam hari tu..haih.. asl la salu mesti dowg perform gle bab2 akademik ni???  huuuu..nk  kata saiz otak, rsenye otak aku lg besar...haha..ok..random..hmmm.
ok2...chill2..dowg sme je ngn kita..dowg amek A-Level mcm aku jgk...dowg attend the same lectures jgk..

tp......dowg lain....sbb dowg xd Ar-Rahim from Allah, which is ketenangan hati, petunjuk Nur etc..jadi, sebagai seorang muslim, marilah kte sama2 yakin dan percaya pada ketentuan dan janji Allah,tp at the same time berusaha sungguh2 jgk utk excel..excel not juz in academic but also in here after..insyaAllah.sbb dalam Al-Quran sndri da ckp terang2:

“Sesungguhnya Allah tidak akan mengubah nasib suatu kaum kecuali kaum itu sendiri yang mengubah apa apa yang pada diri mereka ” QS 13:11

think out of the box...visualize your vision and long term goals.....uhhhh...and maybe try to take those inferiority as a stepping stone to challenge yourself , to show that muslim can also succeed!! like really...jgn tunjuk muslim tu lemah...jom kwn2, kte bangkit menuju ke arah kejayaan!!!!!! insyaAllah..=))

dan perlu sentiasa diingat jgk, sume owg ade kelebihan dan kekurangan msg2..tok sah la nk compare2 sgt ngn owg lain...kan bagus kalau yg lebih ckt tu bantu yg kurang lebih ckt tu..complement each other la katakan mcm induced-fit theory tu..jgn dok dengki2, mcm inhibitor tu, xbaik!! (ok. analogi da merepek)

I didn't noticed from the moment I saw u..because u are so shy and maybe too cool for me..until dat day, when we've been set up ..oh, am I dat shy? but  I think u are more shy than me!!!!! u always pretend cool and I am the one who always try to create something.. how stupid I am during those days..haih..

ok, hari ni turn msk aku, n sebelum tdo smlm da pkr nk msk daging black pepper..teringat2 lg masakan Md Zin: catering terhebat di tmpt tinggal aku..dan randomly mse borak2 ngn mama on the fon pg td, tros tanye resipi nk msk daging tu..so, meh sini nk share! heheh..first time ble msk rse confident n satisfied ngn hasil karya hari ni..jom la try! sng je........

Cara2

1.tumis bwg merah,bwg putih,halia n asam keping smpi naik bau
2.masukkan serbuk cili satu sudu da ckup(ikt citarasa sndri) dan air sedikit..
3.pastikan cili tu da msk sepenuhnye..kalau kering, tambah air lg.
4.masukkan kicap dan daging..kacau..(xperlu garam sbb da masin)
5.masukkan sekali carrot n ubi kentang yg da dipotong..
6.kacau dan tggu smpai msk..
7.akhir sekali, mskkan lada hitam seckup rasa..(nk pedas letak byk ckt)

alhamdulillah, td suda selesai menjawab mock exam psl physio n biochem..skg perlu lebih fokus utk the real exam early nov ni! walau susah n byk mne pon, kne kuatkan semangat! kalau senior2 lain bole knpe bkn aku??sbb dlm surah Alam-Nasrah sndri da bgtau yg: 

فَإِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿94:5﴾ 

(94:5) Indeed, there is ease with hardship.

so, as a start lets make a study plan! an effective one! and follow it with good discipline.because actually when a person is said to be disciplined, then he is free! its his freedom! sounds contradicting? see this video..

 

                       can u get his meaning?? well, for me its important to plan not just about your studies but as well as plan your life ahead! plan wat are you gonna do during your last day? plan your marriage? plan your day? yeah...all...but, sometimes life cannot be predicted. life will not follow 100% according to your plan...so, wat are u gonna do??? always think positive n be strong! u will managed it!

                      Random, tp nak share one tips about good communication; say yes and...( put your ideas into).. usually argument or fight happens because the other person did not have the same wavelength about your way of thinking..and we can overcome this by saying "yes and..." in a way, u have created a good rapport with the other person.

         winter is coming very soon...its 5 degrees celcius now...and I've been munching all the time even when I'm not feeling hungry.. arggghhhhhhhh..weight gain!!!!!! no!!! need to exercise..till then..hav a good day..oh, the perang saudara with my housemate finally ended with peace! yeahhhh...u juz need to lower your ego n pop the problem is solved! bravo!!! =))

weekend yg busy..

mcm bese, life as a medic student mesti busy punye..haha...especially weekend lps..sbb ade open house organized by juniors aka batch kteowg for the seniors..mcm gratitude jgk la kt seniors sbb tlg settled in from d day kteowg smpi kt bumi cork ni..and so, nama pon open house, food kne la ade! kteowg plak kne msk nasi kuning n acar nenas tok 60 owg which is A LOT!!!!

alhamdulillah, berjaya jgk msk n habes dimakan..hehe..so, tandenye sedap la tu..ecece..angkat bakul sndri..oh, tp serius sume food sdp2 belaka tahap marvellouso, fantastico n awesome la! desserts yg mcm2 jenis dari puding roti, karipap, popia, kek batik,apple crumble n lain2 lg tu mmg awesome..rugi je aku mkn lmbt ckt xdpt rse popia yg sume owg kata bez tu..tp, xpe...kenyang suda!

pastu, seronok sgt dpt jmpe super senior ky lg2 ade 2 owg sapphire!!! woot2..dan mcm2 la cte psl ky diborakkan...yg x bole bla tu, topaz is so topaz..haha..."ade 2 je house kt ky. "akak topaz berbicara. aku bertanye: ape dia? lalu, kakak topaz itu menjawab: topaz n non-topaz! dat is so topaz kn??.....hahah..

esk tu plak which is hari ni ade perjumpaan ngn pengarah ireland MARA, pak Lan...dia bg advice sume yg mcm bapak to ank punye talk..yg ak plg ingat is jgn dok sowg2 as in x nk campur ngn owg la..do study group! jgn sombong kongsi ilmu..appreciate diz opportunity ni by studying hard n smart..reflect blk duit spe yg kau gune utk byr duit pengajian kau yg mahal tu? duit utk byr groceries kau? tu sume duit masyarakat! so, spend wisely..n last but not least dia pesan kalau nk g luar negara, emel surat mintak izin keluar negara kt dia so that ape2 hal nt x susah la..

n suprisingly td dlm pkul 4 lebih, dia terjah umh kteowg!!!!!!! aku da mcm cuak yg menggigil gle sbb dia pengarah kot!!!! tp ble da borak2 sume, hidang teh n cekodok sdp, serius dia sgt la fatherly...very the caring..haha...urm..tu je kot update terbaru..haha..mock exam rabu ni...woot2.....haha..

its been awhile yeah aku x update blog ni..ecece..haha..oh, tp serius oh minggu ni busy je memanjang..dats why la xdpt update salu..hehe..oh, anyway nk cte byk kali ni tp mcm mse suntuk, so lets make the story short! oh, hari ni excited sgt sbb dpt parcel da..hehe..

oh, walaupun aku beginner je main basket ni tp serius bez..mmg mencabar la ble lawan ngn team yg btol2 da ade experience tu en..tp, bak kata Nabihah aka bez player of the team ckp its all about your psychology je..managing your perception! so, mcm even kte nmpk dowg main ganas ke ape still, our mind x bole kne jajah sng2 mcmtu je ok..mindset kne btol! mindset as a winner n put on your game face!! =D hehe..analogi yg simple mcm exam, ble kte dok pkr susah la exam ni weh..cne ni..bole ke...etc..then surely kte mcm x akn score sgt kn? bak lagu "jika kau fikirkan kau bole, kau bole melakukan, jika kau fikirkan ragu2 usahamu tidak menentu"..so, be confident tu penting n yeah work as a team is fun!

as a first year rep of Malaysian Cultural Society yg dilantik tanpa disangka ni, kne la tlg2 prepare for the talk, promote kt kwn2 sume psl talk tu n etc. n yeah, its nervous kot mule2 even x jd MC, tp mcm even a slack would really mcm terkesan kt committee lain..mcm respect the time! due to technical errors terstart lmbt ckt n so shows a bad image ckt la..tp turn out jd a good success je overall bg aku..tp still there's room of improvement though..but, my point is dat we must not fail to prepare and prepare to fail..haha..sounds confusing kan? oh, mksudnye mcm kne prepare n organize btol2 even the small little things makes a different! advise yg plg penting aku dpt ialah hidup ni kne ade end goal! kau kne ade target la ape kau nk dlm hidup? setakat degree? kete, umh besar, isteri cantik? atau kau nk something yg lebih ultimate which is?? (haa jwb sndri) haha..pastu, dia pesan lg don't make yourself idle, do something! n lastly, live,love n leave a legacy! =)

Quranic Circle-Al-Fatihah

ummul kitab Al-Quran ni bwk maksud yg mendalam sebenarnye ble btol2 menghalusi tafsir sume.

alhamdu-segala puji.nape x syukur ke ape? sbb dlm bahasa arab hamdu tu mcm kte bersyukur dlm sume situasi sama ada baik ke buruk. tp if syukur kte syukur ble dpt nikmat je...then, rab ialah Master of the slave..Dia berkuasa wt ape je kt kte..alamin-sume alam, bkn je dunia, malah alam ghaib, alam rahim, alam bintang bulan sume..sumenye ialah Allah yg punye.

Ar-Rahman- rahmat kpd sume makhluk Allah x ksh la yg bernyawa ke x, kucing ke ros ke dan sumenye.

Ar-Rahim-kasih sayang kpd mukmin..mcm hidayah petunjuk sume tu.

Hari pembalasan refers tu kte kne sentiasa reflect blk dri kte...sbb percaya kpd hari Kiamat kan satu rukun iman. dan salu la doa moga2 kte akan dihisab dgn semudah2 nye..

Ayat ni mcm in a way ckp kte ni mmg bergantung sgt ngn Allah..kpd Dialah kte mintk tolong sume..

jalan yg lurus tu plak x mudah nk dpt unless ade effort sbb ade je hawa nafsu, godaan syaitan sume yg akn try to pesongkan kte..so, iman kne kuat.

oh, hari-hari sgt cpt berlalu..rsenye bru semalam blk from dublin ngn kak ayu..tup2..da seminggu rupenyer..dan dah sebulan rupenye berada kt bumi cork ni..dan dah hampir 20 tahun saya hidup.uhhhh..

kat sini di samping sibuk ngn akademiknye, kami juga ade pengisian kerohanian dipanggil Quranic Circle diketuai kak adilah! dan mggu ni taddabur psl surah al-Ilkhlas atau dikenali sebagai Al-Masad yg hanya ade 4 ayat, tapi membawa maksud yg sangat luas dlm hidup seorang muslim. sbb surah ni menguatkan tauhid kte sebagai owg Islam.

[112.1]	Katakanlah: "Dia-lah Allah, Yang Maha Esa,
[112.2]	Allah adalah Tuhan yang bergantung kepada-Nya segala sesuatu.
[112.3]	Dia tiada beranak dan tiada pula diperanakkan,
[112.4]	dan tidak ada seorang pun yang setara dengan Dia".

                      Maksud surah ni tidak semudah yang disangka sebab dalam surah ni telah ditegaskan Allah Yang Maha Esa, bermaksud Ahad iaitu tunggal, ..the One..seterusnye, Allah Maha Sempurna, tak memerlukan ape2 pon..sifat2 dan zat Allah sudah sempurna. lagi, word "lam" bermaksud tidak. tapi dlm context past tense..which means Allah tidak beranak dan tidak pula diperanakkan sejak dulu2 lagi..so, xd la chain keturunan tu sume sbb Allah hanya Allah yang tak memerlukan ayah, ibu, moyang, etc. akhir sekali, ditegaskan yang tiada Tuhan selain Allah.tiada ape pon yg setaraf ngn Allah.. kan susah if ade 2 bos, yg masing2 ade kehendak tersendiri..so, suda terbukti dgn jelas surah ni sgt penting dlm membentuk iman kte yg kuat!

oh, ni hanya sebahagian yg saya ingat..jd jika rse ingin mengetahui lebih dlm silalah rujuk tafsir yg tebal dan penuh dgn maksud2 yg lebih mendalam di samping belajar bahasa Arab yg merupakan bahasa Quran..

oh, nk cte jgk smlm ade trip g jln2 kt area town cork ngn photography society..hehe..jom layan gmbr..=))

making decisions!

making decisions is so important in our daily life..from deciding to get up from bed or just sleep for another 2 hours, decide on what to cook for today, decide whether to follow plan A or B, decide on what topic to study n etc..there's a lot to decide everyday! so, how do we know that the decision we've made is the best??

well, we cannot know for sure, because only Allah knows the best for us!

but, its our responsibility to make a good decision! like are we going to join the party or stay in the room studying? or simply decide on quitting smoking? because we can actually differentiate between what's good or bad..so, we have to be good in making decisions! but how exactly we can do that?

1. pray hard that the decision we've made is the best for us

2.think for the pros and cons.but sometimes even this can be confusing..

3.follow your instinct perhaps?

4.ask for support from family members,friends-applicable for making important decision! like marrying someone?? haha..

5.think positive because we are what we think! 

6.do not decide when you are not emotionally stable.

oh, actually I was not really a good decision maker myself, so these are just some ideas I can think.. huhu..last but not least, lets make good decisions in our life! =))

alkisahnye, atas ajakan seorang senior yg comel, saya n ain ke dublin ..=) pg2 da bertolak n sampai plak hujan..first destination kt Dundram ala2 shopping complex yg besar la..window shopping je sbb mahal n plus xd sale..then, tros ke dublin..hujan dan jln jam...cari parking pon ssh..tp still kteowg redah je jln2 ke Jervis shopping centre, Clarks, dan kedai2 lain..

pastu, g Hibiscus shop, the only one kedai malaysia kt ireland yg jual brg2 runcit sume..harga murah!!!!! one piece of chicken leg 39 cent je..kalau kt cork 60 cent kot!!!! xpe2, next time suh pak cik Man deliver ke cork troih! hehe..alang2 sampai situ, kteowg borong lg groceries n suprisingly ade jual halwa jgk kt sini!!!! beznye...FYI, halwa sedap mcm aiskrim bak kata ain! hehe..=)

akak A-- sempat bwk kteowg tgk trinity n RSCI kt city tu..then, sggh ke Killdare village which is an outlet shopping centre..kre harga brg murah la jgk..and yeah beli boots merah! woot2..seronok! haha..=) otw blk, sggh mkn kt Banna Thai yg agk ok la jgk..huhu..rasenye Indian tandoori lg sedap! tp xpe at least da try..

akak A--  mmg sebijik mcm atiqah! ske bwk kete, sporty, putih n tggi..n hobi masa depan akk tu drift! comel gle kot..=)
