well, it looks they have the same meaning kan? but it don't, they are different.
being a silent observer does not mean u have no stand or opinion, its just that sometimes being silent is better than arguing about something which is very subjective.only Allah knows which side is right, which side is wrong. so, don't assume you are always right.and most importantly be humble. there's a saying :
Hadis Rasulullah: ” Barangsiapa yang banyak perkataannya, maka banyaklah silapnya. Barangsiapa yang banyak silapnya, maka banyaklah dosanya, dan barangsiapa yang banyak dosanya, nescaya neraka adalah utama baginya”
surah Al-Hujurat (ayat 12) Hai orang-orang yang beriman, jauhilah kebanyakan dari prasangka, sesungguhnya sebagian prasangka itu adalah dosa dan janganlah kamu mencari-cari kesalahan orang lain dan janganlah sebahagian kamu menggunjing sebahagian yang lain. Sukakah salah seorang di antara kamu memakan daging saudaranya yang sudah mati? Maka tentulah kamu merasa jijik kepadanya. Dan bertakwalah kepada Allah. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Penerima taubat lagi Maha Penyayang. |
I believe we have to learn from these scenarios happening right now.keep learning, and don't repeat the same mistakes. again there's a saying "Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Those who do not remember their past are condemned to repeat their mistakes.
Be grateful each second and say Alhamdulillah. and remember watch your tongue..(reminder for myself as well)
